there are only 2 sorts of banks, the greedy and the incompetent, so who cares if they're too stupid to keep a close eye on their junior staff? if jerome was crafty enough to siphon the money off to a secret bank account somewhere that makes him a pretty funky guy in my opinion. rather than go to jail he should be awarded the 'legion d'honneur'!
