Last time, when I was about 18, I liked a guy, and then when I went to read his blog, realized he was gay. Now I'm 22, and I'm experiencing a sinking feeling of déjà vu. I like a guy, and he is popular guy - friendly, sociable, relatively good looking, lots of friends. All these traits and he is still single, ever since I've known him. Nice guy, dresses well, dresses well to the point of being metro. Likes shopping and his wardrobe and stuff. Very into the theatre and the arts. And sometimes when he greets me and is into animated conversation, his intonation and characteristics take on abit like Marc of Ugly Betty, the gay personal assistant of Wilhelmina Slater. You know, those fluid hand gestures and voice thingy. I think he is gay. Don't say I'm being stereotypical, it's hard to describe all the little details and things. If you were in my position you would know it is not an outlandish supposition. So how do I find out? I could of course ask his friends, but I can't really bring myself to say "Hey, is XXX gay?". And besides I don't really want to let on that I like him. I feel weird asking this. erhhh... the reason why I'm not going to directly ask him he is gay is because he is a Christian. He might get offended if I ask that sort of question. Anyway, if he turns out to be straight, which straight guy in his right mind wouldn't get offended by my implying he is gay.. and I'm not that close to him, meet and talk to him about once a week. Not close enough to be completely anything goes anyway. erhhh... the reason why I'm not going to directly ask him directly is because he is a Christian.
