Neighborhood banks don't look at customers as a percent they are concerned about the look of a neighborhood (abandoned homes) they may still use their professional knowledge as a way to prevent homes from going in to foreclosure rather than a way to steal money from unsuspecting customers. They can also take in to account employment in the area and help to fight to keep it in the neighborhood. If someone in India has stocks in a BOA mortgage it is more beneficial to give no leeway or modify a lenders mortgage with when job loss and the desire for insurance companies pay when disaster hits. It is perfectly obvious by the threats in congressional hearings to day they could care less that 200,000 forclosures a month has no affect on their bottom line. In fact to seize a foreclosed homes equity(my $40,000) is to the benefit of their bottom line.

| If the world didn't MOVE,we'll witness the 21st century second slow Holocaust in GAZA?1.5M civ r facing death!? Try to Imagine this story, A bunch of gang members & criminals, surround a family house in the city, with huge machine guns ,claiming that one of this family members is annoying them repeatedly because the gang STOLE his OWN house before & he want to claim it back so they decided to MASS punish all the family!!! So the gang is holding ALL the family who r UNARMED civilians & with them several BABIES,little kids,womens,men,criticaly medical patients & old ppl as hostages inside the house, the criminals deny anything to enter or exite from this house , denying the ppl inside the house access to any food,clean water ,electricity& even nesseary midcation,and even preventing doctors & ambulances from reaching & helping them !!? Question: why those ppl dont call the police?? Answer : They did call the Police. Q:And what did the police do? A: NOTHING!!! Q:WHAT?????????????? OOPS,soory,actualy the Police did somthing, Q:what? A:The Police called the criminals & ASKED them politly to lift this siege on this unarmed family!!!!! Q:forget the police,Then why this family memebers dont defend themselves ! A:They have no weapon at all, to compare to the gang heavy weapons,except the normal household knifes,forks,& kids fireworks(if u consider this a weapon) ,and actualy they tried several times to fight using these household weapons to brake this siege & the funny thing is ,when they tried that,the police & the ppl called THEM "criminals"?! can u beleive such a story? This is exactly whats happening right now & since 2 years in GAZA,Palastine . | Why dont they destroy Pakistans Nuclear facilities like they did to the other Islamic countries? Rightly so America, Israel are always keep atop stopping Islamic nations in getting nuclear weapons and other WMD's. An Israeli air-strike on Iraq's Osirak nuclear plant in 1981 stopped Saddam's nuclear ambitions right in his tracks. They have also clobbered Libya in the 1980's for similar reasons. They are also lamenting Syria and Iran for making nuclear bombs and have considered air-strikes on them. So why didn't they stop Pakistan from producing the "Islamic bomb" in 1998? why didn't they or even now strike Pakistan's nuclear plants or at least make efforts and international diplomatic action to destroy their nuclear plants. After all isn't Pakistan too an Islamic country? in fact isn't a country like Pakistan more likely to fall in a coup to Islamic fundamentalists? In fact their are proven links with Pakistan and its nuclear proliferation and supporting terrorists in Kashmir. Also before people call them an ally far from it. Pakistan has even tolerated and made concessions to the militants in its Waziristan region and given them autonomy to re-arm, rest and regroup again. So how we can tolerate and not do anything about Pakistans nuclear program? are we chicken, are we yellow?
