| Workout Schedule Please!!? OK, I am female, almost in my mid twenties and feel like my body is in its 40s. Help! My main problem is my back. It hurts almost all day, every day. I mean that. My knees hurt and I have chest pain a lot. This has been going on for years. I yell out from the pain a lot. And yes, I have been to doctors. I feel like no one can help me. My last doc told me I was pretty much out of shape. Are there any workout plans out there for me? I need a schedule. One that will help me get back on the right track and stay fit. I don't have a gym to go to or money to join one. I do my best when I have a strict schedule to follow. Can someone help me please? I don't want to feel like I am 60 when I am 30.
