have i eaten too much today??
i dont know if i consumed too many caloreis today so could someone tell me if i ate too much
im male, 18, 63 kg and im 5 feet 10
ok today i had
a baegel with tuna and sweetcorn
2 medium bowls of weetaflakes
a slice of bread with reduced fat cheese
a cheese toastie (2 slices of bread, 1 "slice" of feta cheese
a bowl of egg fried rice (on the packet it said 400 Kcal for the whole thing)
a piece of haddock (89 Kcal)
a muller light toffee yogurt
2 small eggs
a bag of snack biscuits (110 Kcal per bag)
another small yogurt (105 Kcal per tub)
a tomato and apple
drinks wise the only calorie drinks i had were 3 coffees with sweetner.
could someone please tell me if ive overeaten and roughly how many calories did i have.

i forgot to mention i walk my dog for 150 minutes a day everyday for exercise
and i only want to maintain my weight
i dont know, i felt really hungry today, this happens quite often
